PrizesGrand Prize (1): The video with the most donations, will receive a t-shirt and a tote with a custom, graphic artist designed rendering of their dog! You’ll also have the privilege of choosing the color of the t-shirt.
Second Prize (1) and Third Prize (1): The next two videos with the most donations, will also receive a t-shirt with a custom, graphic artist designed render of their dog!
Each of the t-shirts will also be available for purchase via Teespring campaign. An announcement with links will be posted on Delaney’s Dog Facebook page and website.
WinnersThree winning videos will be determined based on the three videos that have the most votes at the time that the contest period ends. Votes cost $1.00 each. See “Voter Information” for more details. The selection process will be determined by electronic tabulations under the supervision of Make My Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
Winner NotificationThe winners will be notified by email on or about October 25, 2016.

General Conditions Watermarked images will not be accepted without written permission from the original creator/photographer/videographer. By submitting your video, you warrant that the video is original, that you are the sole owner and copyright holder of that video, and that you have not granted exclusive rights of that video to any other person or entity. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. Delaney’s Dog reserves the right to remove any video that contains inappropriate content or determines to be unsuitable.
Delaney’s Dog reserves the ongoing rights to use the video in marketing materials related to the video contest both online and in print.
PrivacyInformation collected from entrants is subject to the sponsor’s privacy policy.
Agreement to Official RulesParticipation in the Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
